Steve Owen is a partner with the Law Firm of Fitzwater Meyer, LLP. His practice emphasizes elder law litigation matters. Steve is an advocate for the elderly and disabled in cases involving financial abuse, contested conservator and guardian proceedings, and trust and probate litigation.

Steve is a frequent speaker on elder financial abuse and contested elder law matters. He has written and lectured on topics including litigating conservator and guardianship cases, undue influence, financial abuse of the elderly, and evidence issues relating to probate cases.
