Emily's practice emphasizes all areas of estate planning and administration for taxable and non-taxable estates. She particularly enjoys working with, and doing planning for, young families and individuals experiencing special needs. She is a frequent speaker on the topics of estate planning, probate, and special needs planning. She's done presentations for retirement communities, women’s financial groups, family groups, Union Associations, Veteran’s Association groups, Brokerage services, and the Oregon State Bar Association.
