Theressa Hollis spoke to the Oregon City community this weekend about all things estate planning. Her presentation was open to the public at no charge and everyone was welcome to ask questions. Theressa spoke mainly on the explanation of Wills and Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Advance Directives. Theressa is one of the partners at Fitzwater Law and has been practicing elder law and estate planning for more than 19 years. Her practice emphasizes legal issues unique to the elderly and their families, including guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, probate estates, trust administration, and estate planning. Some of my favorite cases are the emergency (“temporary”) guardianships and conservatorships. For more information on Theressa, click here.

It's wonderful to have someone as dedicated as Theressa! Not only is she a partner at Fitzwater Law, but she also enjoys the emergency (“temporary”) guardianships and conservatorships. It's like she's a Sprunki Game pro, specializing in the toughest levels! A true elder law expert!
