Fitzwater Law Update - COVID-19
An Update from Fitzwater Law,
In this challenging period, we have two primary goals. First, to keep employees, clients and our community healthy. Second, to continue to provide our clients with effective and efficient legal representation. To support the first objective, we have taken the following steps. Our office will remain open, but with many employees working remotely. We will continue to monitor the situation and adjust as needed. Be assured, as part of our business continuity plan, we have technology that allows us to work remotely and securely on your behalf.
For the safety of our staff and clients, our office is a handshake-free zone. Our reception area and conference rooms are disinfected between appointments. We have hand sanitizer, tissues and masks available. As elder law and special needs attorneys, we are especially concerned about vulnerable populations, therefore want to do all we can to maintain health and safety and avoid actions that might contribute to the spread of this disease. To ensure the health of our clients and staff, we ask that if you are experiencing fever, cough, and some trouble breathing or are showing any other signs of illness please stay home. We would be happy to re-schedule your appointment, give us a call at 503.786.8191.
To further our second goal we are still offering to meet in-person, but please know that we can meet by phone or virtually via Skype or Zoom, if desired. Please reach out to our receptionist to schedule, 503.786.8191. You can rely on Fitzwater Law to be diligent in completing your legal work.
We will continue to monitor the situation in Oregon and make adjustments as needed. Our top priority is the safety of our staff, clients and community. If you have any questions or concerns about your case or estate plan, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Remember, we are all in this together and what happens next depends on what each of us does today,
