Join Fitzwater Law at the annual Guardian Partners event - It's Virtual!

As the President of Guardian Partners Board, Theressa Hollis is happy to invite everyone to the Guardian Partners’ signature annual event, Partners Party on October 7th! Guardian Partners is a 501(c)(3) organization established in 2013. Its mission is to prevent abuse and increase quality of life for elders, adults with disabilities, and children under Guardianship care. They provide education, case monitoring, and resources to Oregon Guardians and their families on behalf of the Court System. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT? This year, Partners Party is going virtual! But you’ll see many of the features you would expect at any gala: • “Watch & Win” door prizes (Nordstrom & REI gift cards) • Remarks from Guardian Partners leadership • Live Auction (four great packages) • Special Appeal (Text-to-donate platform makes giving easy) • Entertainment from vocalist Courtney Freed & pianist David Saffert WHAT IS THE GOAL? We aim to raise $25,000 at the event to fund the abuse prevention work of Guardian Partners, including: • Rebuilding our monitoring program with recruitment and training efforts. Even in a time of pandemic-related virtual monitoring, it’s critical we check on the wellness of Protected People. • Recreating our online classes now that our entire education program is virtual. Filming classes in Span-ish, adding closed captions and making the courses interactive are all features of this project.
