I am passionate about creating a seamless transition for families by helping my clients navigate the legal requirements involved with a trust administration or a probate estate.  My practice at Fitzwater Law focuses on Trust Administration, probate estates, guardianship and conservatorship, and estate planning.  I enjoy assisting families through the steps of settling a loved one’s estate.  This includes guiding clients through the settlement proceedings to ensure all trustee requirements and duties are met, while also being considerate of difficult problematic family dynamics.  My work often involves dealing with complex taxable estates and protecting family assets for future generations.

I enjoy collaborating with clients to simplify and satisfy the settlement proceedings and being available for questions.  Stepping into the role of trustee or personal representative of an estate can be emotional and often overwhelming after the loss of a family member or loved one.  I appreciate making the process easier, assisting clients through the settlement proceedings, and answering questions when clients need advice.

I grew up in Arizona but am now happy to call Oregon home since 2013.  My affection for the Pacific Northwest began at a young age during annual family trips to our cabin on the Oregon coast. After graduating from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, I chose to relocate to Oregon, attend Willamette University College of Law, and place permanent roots in Oregon.

In my free time, I enjoy sports, hiking, camping, and traveling to visit family throughout the West Coast.
