We are happy that Emily spent some wonderful bonding time with her new bundle of joy, but we are also extremely happy to have her back at the office. Emily’s practice focuses on trust administration, probate estates, and estate planning. She is licensed in both Oregon and Washington and works on the more complicated taxable trusts and estates. She has a way of making her clients feel at ease, knowing they can rely on her to be accessible and to answer all their questions. She enjoys helping her clients understand their duties as Trustee or Personal Representative and making the overall process of a trust or estate administration easier to undertake.
